We will hand pick and pack your FRAME CHAIN from our own little studio in the heart of Hackney. That means that standard delivery is normally 3 - 5 days. We will dispatch your chain with love via Royal Mail recorded delivery. If you would like your chain quicker then drop us an email email@example.com and we will see what we can do for you.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY:
If for some crazy reason you aren’t happy with your Frame Chain then we will of course be happy to offer you a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. We would also love your feedback too so we get less returns! You will need to return the chains to us within 14 days of the date of the order dispatch confirmation email in the condition it was sold. That means no wear or damage as there will be someone else who will love them chains!
FRAME CHAIN ltd is a start-up and for now won’t accept any responsibility for postage costs when you change your mind or if any are items are lost, stolen or damaged when you send them back.. Please return your chains via an insured and reliable postal service, Royal Mail Special delivery is our preference. Of course if the product is faulty (and then something must of gone really wrong as we hand check everything ourselves) then we will refund all of the necessary costs and make sure you leave feeling love for Frame Chain.
Your refund will be issued within 15 days to the payment method used in your original purchase. In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please email our customer services department on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can sort it out. All of our chains are packed by hand with love so should reach you in perfect condition. We have also spent a long time getting the manufacturing process just right. If for some reason your chains don’t arrive perfectly drop us a note and again we will make sure we get it all sorted email@example.com
The process is super simple:

In the subject line let us know why you are returning, options are: RETURN. EXCHANGE. FAULTY.
List your receipt reference and information about why you are returning your chain.
Send your chain back to us at this address: FRAME CHAIN. Studio 6. 203 Richmond road. London. E8 3NJ.
We will confirm receipt, check over the product and process your request.
FESTIVAL FRAMES T&C:
Only one refund of £5 per customer.
The FRAME CHAIN had to be bought by whomever tags the image so we can process the refund via PayPal.
The picture must include a FRAME CHAIN in the image.
Festival frames promotion will run until the end of August.
If you don't receive a refund with in 5 days of posting your image, apologies you may have slipped through the net. Please email us on email@example.com and we will fix this for you.
Subject to change and management retain the rights to refuse a refund if the posting of images isn't legitimate.
